It’s been a busy week for me and Tri-m

Monday, I caught up with the swim safety team, solidifying the plan, boat crew, and start time.

Nathan and Adam have been great and volunteering to help me with that’s to be able to cross the stretch of water full of rules.

On Wednesday, there will be a planning meeting with the videographer to prepare for the documentary prep and then with the social media team, who will take over the TRI-M Instagram page before and throughout the challenge.

Monday - Rest

Tuesday AM - 45sec Hill strides + 20min Hike @ 21%
Tuesday PM - 5km Sea swim

Wednesday - 90min bike hills + 30min bike heat

Thursday - Upper body and core

Friday - 30min Uphill treadmill

Saturday - Rest

Sunday - 2hr 30min Run full pack + 3L water
